Get In SHAPE FOR THE HUNT/SHOOT!
Archery is fun, exciting and just overall fulfilling. We also understand that some archers may want to maintain that strength and mobility for the shot process or maintain cardio for those backcountry hunts and 3d shoots, all to train like any other athlete in their respected sport. Well we got some awesome gyms around California that either have prior archery experience or that we’ve collaborated with and trained in archery to help them better understand what exact muscle groups are being engaged to help them better figure out precise regimens built for the archers.
Don’t risk missing the 10 ring, or missing that killer buck cause you got a little shaky from drawing your bow .
Also… don’t skip cardio or leg day… believe it or not… you use your legs a lot when hunting…
