Bow setups & tuning

We are not liable for prior physical injuries or health complications. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during the appointment. We are not liable for user’s personal belongings or damaged/broken equipment that results from usage during use of our services. If the specs to any bows or arrows are unknown we reserve the right to refuse service or refuse use of unmarked equipment if it poses a safety risk.

Arrows

We are not liable for used, damaged, broken, or lost arrows. Clients bringing their own arrows need to at least know the spine of arrow they have or have an arrow with the spine on the shaft from the manufacturer.

Lessons

When giving lessons we ask for our shooters undivided attention and a teachable spirit. We reserve the right to cut your appointment short (with no refund) or remove shooters that are behaving in a manner which prevents the rest of the group from enjoying the activity.

Minors

All clients under 18 years of age must have their parent or legal guardian present during the entire appointment. Minors and their parent/guardian will need to sign a waiver.

Health and/or medical concerns

You are responsible for your own health and medical conditions. Please talk to your health care provider if you are unsure about using VOTN services.

Force majeure

Due to the nature of archery often being an activity conducted outdoors and subject to natural phenomenon, we are not responsible for extraordinary events or circumstances that may occur during your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an appointment if the venue is not deemed safe or practical for use.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not following range safety/etiquette, showing up intoxicated, or conducting themselves in a disrespectful or obscene manner. This voids your eligibility for a refund for our services.

We reserve the right to refuse to work on equipment that is outside of manufacturer specs or that is deemed unsafe to shoot or work on.

Waivers

Waivers can be filled out and submitted while scheduling your appointment online. For the person scheduling a group lesson online, we will ask for your groups email addresses to email each of them their own waiver. Waivers may also be filled out in person upon request.

Votn services in residential areas

If you are using VOTN services in a residential area we are not responsible for any accidents, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of VOTN services. We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate a appointment if after arriving on the appointment location we deem it impractical for use.

Shooting at ranges

When picking a range to book your appointment at please keep in mind the hours the archery range is open, how long your appointment is, and distances.
